The balloons were fine as balloons but we bought them specifically for a UV party. The balloons colours didn't glow and look like we expected in the UV lights. They popped easily if blown slightly too large so were quite thin. We didn't use a balloon pump so the balloons tasted and smelt very powdery when being blown up. I would definitely recommend using a pump for them! They weren't great value for money.

As you can see from the photo they are not at all neon. I had UV lights and they don’t glow at all. The orange one does slightly if you hold it right under the UV light. Really thin, really bad product.

Got these for a glow party. The glow wasn't very bright but enough to know that they were reacting with the UV light. Only a couple of balloons out of 100 popped before they had a chance to get blown up. I use these for a balloon drop. I would definitely purchase again.
